If your guide shows your channels, but is missing all or most program titles, there are a few things to check. The Stream+ requires a constant connection to the internet in your home. If you do not have a constant connection to the internet, this could be apart of the problem.
- Confirm that your Stream+ is connected to the internet.
- Press the Home button on your remote.
- Navigate down to Settings and select it.
- The first menu option is Network, please select it.
- Confirm that your Wi-Fi or Ethernet shows as Connected.
- Under Available Networks it will list all of the Wi-Fi routers in range.
- Your Wi-Fi router name should be listed, and it should say Connected under that name.
- Once you are connected to your Network/Internet, you should get Titles and network icons for most of the channels in your TV market.
- Allow 30 minutes for the guide to fully populate.
- If after 30 minutes you're still not seeing any information populate into your guide please try closing out of all apps that are currently running in the background.
- Press and hold the Home button on your remote until the screen changes and shows all of the apps that are running.
- You will be automatically highlighted on the last application that you had open.
- Press the down arrow once, and you will see a small X with the word dismiss appear.
- Press the OK button on the remote to close/dismiss the app.
- You will automatically be selected on the next app, please repeat the dismiss process until all apps are cleared from this window, and once you have dismissed all apps that are currently running in the background you will be returned to the main home screen of your STREAM+.
- Now that you have closed out of all applications that are running in the background and are back at the home screen, please navigate down to Settings.
- Navigate to About and select it.
- Once you are in the About menu locate Restart and select it.
- Select Restart Now twice and the screen should go black/blank.
- You should then see the Channel Master splash screen/Android loading circles on screen as the Stream+ is restarting itself(if you do not see this check to make sure your TV is powered on).
- Once your Stream+ has rebooted and is back at the main home screen please navigate to Live Channels and select it.
- Please give the Guide about 30 minutes to download and it should update all guide listings as normal.
