My Stream+ guide is missing all or most titles.

If your guide shows your channels, but is missing all or most Program Titles, there are a few things to check.  (If the channels don't even show in the guide, this process will help you find those channels and get them installed into your guide.)

If you open your guide, and you do not have any Program Titles, you would first suspect that you have lost your internet connection.

Normal operation/symptom with no internet.

  • Open the Guide and select a channel to watch.
    • then open the Guide again.
    • You would likely see titles for that specific channel.
    • The titles only go out 24 hours or less.
    • There will be no network icons next to the channel number.
  • Confirm that your Stream+ is indeed connected to the network/internet.
    • Press the "Home" button on your remote.
    • Navigate down to Settings and select it.
    • The first menu option is "Network", and select it.
    • Confirm that your WIFI or Ethernet show as 'Connected'.
    • Under "Available Networks" it will list all of the WIFI routers in range.
    • Your WIFI router name should be listed, and it should say "Connected" under that name.
  • Once you get your Network/Internet connected, you should get Titles and network icons for most of the channels in your TV market.
  • Allow 30 minutes for the guide to fully populate.

If you've confirmed that your Stream+ is connected to the network, and you still  only get 24 hours or less, of program titles, then proceed to check for other causes.

  • Press the Home button on your remote control.
  • Navigate down to Settings and select it.
  • Navigate down to "Date & Time" and select it.
  • Make sure that "Automatic date & Time" is "Use network-provided time".
  • Now, check the guide, they should begin to populate.
  • Allow 30 minutes for the guide to populate.

If you still are missing all or most of the program titles, then please continue.

  • You've confirmed that your Stream+ is indeed connected to your network/internet.
  • You've confirmed that 'Automatic time & date' is turned on.
  • Disconnect the Stream+ from power for a few seconds and then reconnect the power.
  • Allow it to finish booting up, then press the Guide button and see if the Titles begin to populate.
  • Allow 30 minutes for the guide to populate.

If you still are missing all or most of the program titles, then please continue.
