While performing a 'Search' command, it is normal for the 'Search' light to continue to blink from 2 to 5 minutes. If your SMARTenna+ continues to blink and never stops, please check the button switch on the base of the antenna, to see if it is stuck. It should feel tactile and hear a light click when pressed.
