To find out if your Stream+ is receiving a good/strong signal, follow the instructions below.
- Press the Home button on your remote control.
- Navigate down to Settings.
- Just to the right of Settings you should see an icon that resembles a 'baseball diamond' with your Router Name under it. Highlight and select that icon.
- This will bring you to the Network menu.
- Highlight your 'Router name' and select it.
- The first line, 'Internet Connection' should show 'Connected' under it.
- The 4th line down will show your 'Signal 'Strength'. If it is not "Excellent" then continue. (Otherwise, press the Home button on your remote to use your Stream+.)
- To improve your signal strength, you can re-position the Stream+ higher or away from other electronic devices.
- You can also try moving your Router higher and/or you can try to re-orient the router direction.
- Once you have achieved the best signal, press the Home button on your remote to begin using your Stream+.
