My Stream+ missed a recording that I'd scheduled. (CM-7600 CM7600)

If your Stream+ missed a scheduled recording, then there was likely a tuner conflict. A 'conflict' is when there are more than 2 programs scheduled to record, or, overlap at the beginning or end of another program scheduled to record. 

To check for 'Conflicts', press the 'DVR' button on your remote. Navigate down to 'Schedule'. Navigate to the right, to 'Full Schedule' and select it. You will now be able to see all of the programs that are scheduled to record, and also the programs that were scheduled, but have a 'Conflict'. You can now reschedule and/or cancel recordings.
