There is a 'Lip Sync' or 'Audio Sync' issue on some or all programs. DVR+ (CM-7500)

If you experience Audio sync issues, one or more of the following suggestions may correct the ‘Audio Sync’ ‘Lip Sync’ symptoms.

· Change the Audio setting in the DVR+ to stereo only.

o To check or change your HDMI Audio settings;
Press Menu on your remote control. Select Settings>TV and Audio Setup>Digital Audio Setup>HDMI> Choose Stereo Only or Auto Stereo/Surround, and exit.

o To check or change the Optical Digital Audio setting;
Press Menu on your remote control. Select Settings>TV and Audio Setup>Digital Audio Setup> Optical Digital Audio> Choose Stereo Only or Multi-Channel.

o To check or change "Midnight Mode";
Press Menu on your remote control. Select Settings>TV and Audio Setup>Digital Audio Setup> Midnight Mode> choose On or Off.

· Change the audio setting in the TV to disable Dolby surround, Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos, etc.

· Some TV’s have an ‘audio sync’ ‘Lip Sync’ adjustment in the Audio Menu.

· If audio is processed through an AV Receiver, there are additional audio settings in the AV Receivers menu system to test.
