How to Verify my Internet Speed is Sufficient for Streaming Services and Internet Channels on my DVR+ (CM-7500)

Go to VUDU channel
On "Welcome To VUDU" screen select "Browse"
Navigate right 7 times to get to the Settings Sprocket, and press OK.
Navigate down to Playback Quality.
Navigate right once.
Navigate down to Run Test, and press OK.
Press OK on "Start Test".
See how far up the green goes in the test bar. This is an indicator of your speed at that specific time.
If it's close to the 4.5Mbps, then you may experience problems with any "Streaming App" or "Internet channels".
