Distorted Audio or No Audio When Connected to the DVR+

Low or no audio can be caused by a low volume setting on your TV set or audio amplifier. A disconnected audio cable or an individual channel outage (for Dolby® Digital reception using a suitable Dolby® Digital amplifier) may also be causing the problem.
Please make sure that your TV or audio amplifier has not been muted and that the volume is at the right setting. Try tuning to a different channel to see if the same issue occurs. The problem may be caused by the broadcaster, may be temporary and as such could be resolved by waiting a few moments.
If the above does not resolve your problem, restart your DVR+ by unplugging the power for 10 seconds and plugging it back in. Please note it may take up to 2 minutes for the reboot process to be completed. Check that the wiring between your DVR+, your TV, and the HDMI cable to your audio amplifier are firmly connected.
