The software on the USB key is corrupt, incomplete, or the incorrect version.
Download the most current software by going to www.ChannelMaster.com or refer to your user manual. There may be no software available unless a known software glitch is being addressed.
1. Select OK.
2. Power off the receiver and unplug the receiver from the electrical outlet. Wait 15 seconds, plug the receiver back into the electrical outlet and power the receiver on.
3. If the problem persists please contact us or a local independent retailer for additional assistance.
