Causes:
You have setup locks on all available channels, and has all the locked channels hidden.
Prevention:
In the Locks menu, select No for Hide all Locked Channels.
Troubleshooting:
1. Select Modify
2. Select No for Hide all Locked Channels, or unlock the system.
