Unable to Record, or change channel.

Two events and being recorded and a third recording is trying to be setup, or there are two events and you are trying to view live TV.

By only recording two things at once, or recording only one event while watching a live event at once.


1. Select Stop Recording to stop one of the current recordings, or Cancel to keep current setup.

2. Highlight the recording that the customer wishes to stop, and select the STOP button on the remote. Select OK to confirm, or cancel to stop action.

3. Selected Recording has been stopped. You will need to create recording.
