The DVR functions are not working.
The hard drive on the receiver may be full
Filling the hard drive can be prevented by deleting older events that have been recorded.
1. If trying to fast forward, verify not in Live TV mode. If trying to pause or rewind, verify not at the beginning of the record buffer (up to two hours).
2. Unplug the CM-7000PAL DVR from the AC electrical outlet, plug the CM-7000PAL DVR back in and power it on.
3. Try the DVR functions that you lost or are having an issue with.
Is the problem fixed?
Monitor DVR functionality. If the issue appears again, the receiver will need to be replaced.
