This issue is not very common, but is typically caused by corrupt broadcaster data. This can be resolved by performing a reformat* of your units Hard Disk Drive.
To do this follow the steps listed below:
Step 1: Go to MENU > SETUP
Step 2: Select SYSTEM SETUP
Step 3: Select DIAGNOSTICS
Step 4: Select HDD
Step 5: Select REFORMAT
After selecting the REFORMAT option the device will take several seconds to reformat your Hard Disk Drive and restart.
Reformat is now complete.
**Please note that his will erase all your recordings and restore your device to factory default settings.**
