The time shown on the CM7000PAL is determined by the PSIP data being transmitted by the TV stations. If the PSIP data is incorrect, the time on the CM7000PAL will also be incorrect. It is very common for this to happen during the change between Daylight Savings Time and Standard Time. If the TV station doesn’t change the time in the PSIP data, the time on the CM7000PAL can be an hour off. We've seen Stations that are from 5 to 10 minutes off, and as much as 2 to 6 hours off. The time issues are beyond the control of Channel Master since the TV stations control the PSIP data.
The correct time can be set by using the following steps on the remote control:
