Cause
Disconnected device or bad wall electrical outlet

Troubleshooting
1.Is the receiver plugged into an electrical outlet that is controlled by a wall switch?
Yes
No


2. If the outlet is controlled by a wall switch (not recommended), make sure that the switch is in the "On" position. See if there is another available outlet not control by a switch that the receiver can be plugged into.

Still not resolved


3. Unplug the CM-7000PAL from the AC electrical outlet, plug the CM-7000PAL back in and power it on.

4. Bypass any surge protector and plug directly into a known working outlet (this may require an extension cord). If the receiver powers on at the new outlet the customer may need an electrician.
