1. Verify what is actually being seen when the customer opens the EPG or presses Info on the remote.
* If "Info Not Available" is displayed, troubleshoot for Info Not Available.
* If the program information is correct but the EPG time does not match the customer's location, follow the EPG Incorrect Time troubleshooting steps.
