The time listed in the Electronic Program Guide is different than the actual time.
Zip code and/or Time Zone are entered incorrectly.
The Zip Code Setup in the menus should have the correct zip code that the customer resides in. The Set Time Zone in the menus should also have the correct time zone you live in.
1. Do you have the correct time zone and zip code inputted with in the menu?
Input the customer's correct zip code in the Zipcode Setup portion of the menus. Enter the customer's correct Time Zone in the Set Time Zone portion of the menus.
2. Do you have a local CBS affiliate within your programs?
If CBS is not present, the unit uses the data from each individual channel to determine time and it can vary from channel to channel. Each channelâ€™s data carries info specific to that channel, so it can vary when changing channels.
3. Unplug the CM-7000PAL DVR from the AC electrical outlet, plug the CM-7000PAL DVR back in and power it on.
