Description

The Universal Roof/Attic Mount(CM-3078) is very versatile. The saddle bracket has circle slots that allow the mast saddle to swivel 135°. This means you can attach this mount to horizontal or vertical surfaces and at virtually any angle in between.

In the attic you can attach this to rafters, ceiling joists, and truss web members/supports.

You can hang a mast from a rafter for an attic antenna. If you are using a heavy antenna and need more than just top support, you can mount another Universal Roof/Attic Mount(CM-3078) directly below it on a ceiling joist or truss support to stabilize the bottom of the mast.

The Universal Roof/Attic Mount(CM-3078) can also be used on a roof to stabilize the bottom of a roof mounted mast. The saddle bracket base would be attached to the roof. Water proofing caulking or putty pads must be used under the saddle bracket base to prevent moisture from entering the building. Caulking and putty pads not included. The upper portion of the mast would be secured using guy ring and wires(not included).
